India is set to host music and art lovers for the first time for the eight edition of the celebrated music festival Lollapalooza. The event is set to take place in Mumbai and will feature a line-up of over 40 artists ranging from different genres of music which includes the likes of AP Dhillon, Prateek Kuhad, and Imagine Dragons.

When and where is it taking place?
The Lollapalooza music event will go on as two-day fest at Mumbai’s Mahalaxmi Race Course on January 28th and 29th, 2023.
The line-up for the event
Apart from Imagine Dragons, the international singer line-up includes American DJ Diplo and other electronic artists including the likes of Kasablanca, Apashe, Zhu, Imanbek, and Madeon, amongst others. Other international artists include Alec Benjamin of the ‘Let Me Down Slowly’ fame and Chelsea Cutler who’s known for tracks like ‘What Everybody Wants’ and ‘Devil On My Shoulder.’ Also on the line-up is the ‘Apocolypse’ fame Cigarettes After Sex.
The Indian artists who will be performing include The Yellow Diary, Prateek Kuhad and AP Dhillon, among others.

The tickets are available to purchase online on BookMyShow starting Rs 9,000. The VIP packages are priced at Rs 20,000 per head approx. and a platinum ticket which comes with tabled seating, air-conditioned restrooms, and transport between stages – is priced at Rs 65,000 approx. as per Travel+Leisure.
